Service Description
21 days from your last scheduled service. You must have a minimum of 40% remaining from your prior service. I only fill my own work. I may consider working on top of another artist work upon physical exam. You will be scheduled for a 2 hour service however depending on your retention, lash growth cycles/ natural lash availability our sessions may run shorter. If your service runs over the scheduled 2 hour service window you will be billed at the rate of a full set. Applied using the worlds first plant based lash adhesive.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 min grace period for all services. If there is no contact 15 min past our scheduled appointment time I will assume you are a no call no show, and you will be billed at the rate of service. In the event of sickness or reschedule please provide no less than 48 hours notice. 1 Rescheduled permitted per service (with out penalty) with proper notice. Same day cancellations = loss of deposit. Cancellation Fees = Price of Service No refunds for services rendered. In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with your service please feel free to communicate with your service provider. At that time a corrective action will be taken at no additional charge. Any refund may take up to 30 days to process.
